Coconut Crusted Chicken Strips
This recipe does not have specific measurements because you can get as creative as you want. Chicken is one of those things I believe only the chef (you) can perfect. Some people may want a lot of coconut shavings others may want less. I put coconut shavings until all my strips were completely covered. I added cinnamon for a more savory taste.
- Unseasoned Chicken Breast Strips
- Sweetened Coconut Shreds
- Olive Oil
- Ginger Powder
- Cinnamon Powder
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all your ingredients and seasoning together in a bowl
Place the strips side by side on a foiled pan
Place in the oven for 20 minutes then flip it.
Leave in the oven for 15 more minutes or until the shavings are light brown.
The Fun Part
Eat with a salad, sweet potato fries, cous cous or anything really!
