Layers of Goodness Mason Jar Burrito



  • 1 cup of cooked Three Blend Quinoa
  • 1.5 cup of Ground Turkey
  • Southwestern Salsa Mix
  • 100 Calorie Pack Guacamole
  • Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, chopped






  1. 1/2 Pint Mason Jar (Great size for portion control)

  2. Follow directions for Three Blend Quinoa and season to taste.

  3. Sauté onions, jalapeños and garlic.

  4. Add in ground turkey and season with salt and black pepper.


Layer On

  1.  After your ingredients have cooled down.

  2. Layer Quinoa, Ground Turkey and finally the salsa.

  3. Keep in the fridge until you are ready to eat.


The Fun Part

  1. Microwave your tortilla in a wet paper towel for two minutes.

  2. Microwave your mason jar of deliciousness without the metal lid.

  3. Spread your guacamole onto your tortilla.

  4. Dish out your layers of deliciousness.

  5. Add any other ingredients like Greek Yogurt or Cheese.

  6. Wrap it up.

  7. Take a picture.

  8. Then eat like no one’s watching.
